The table is an item that can be placed down as a decorative block, but is also used in several Thaumaturgic recipes and constructs, such as the absolutely essential Research Table, if one plans to delve into Thaumaturgy. Other than this, their only other use is as a fuel, but this is inefficient, as the Table burns for 15 seconds, smelting 1.5 items, which is the same as a normal block of wooden planks, despite having 3.5 total put into its construction. They can be constructed at any crafting surface in a helmet-like shape with 3 wooden planks of any type in the top row and two wooden planks of any type in the middle left and right sections.
